摘要: 介绍了低表面能防污涂料的防污机理,研究了影响低表面能防污涂料防污性能的表面能、弹性模量和涂层厚度与海洋污损物的附着力(剥离力)之间的关系。重点介绍了一种涂料的防污性能影响因素敏感性分析方法,最后利用灰色关联分析对低表面能涂料的防污性能的各个影响因素的重要程度进行研究,得到涂料防污性能敏感程度自大到小依次为表面能、涂层厚度和弹性模量。为今后低表面能涂料的研制提供了理论借鉴。

Abstract: This article introduces the antifouling mechanism of antifouling coatings with low surface energy, and investigates the adhesion of marine pollutant to substrate and its relationship with the surface energy, the elastic modulus and thickness of the film that affect the antifouling performance of antifouling coatings with low surface energy. This article describes in particular a sensitivity analysis method of the factors affecting the performance of antifouling coatings, and finally uses the gray correlation analysis to determine the sensitivity of the said factors, indicating that the most sensitive factor is surface energy, followed by film thickness and elastic modulus. This analysis might provide a theoretical reference for the R & D of the coatings with low surface energy.
