摘要: 采用氟碳树脂作为基料树脂、纳米 SiO2和聚四氟乙烯作为功能性填料制备了纳米复合氟碳防覆冰涂料,重点讨论了不同基料树脂、不同纳米 SiO2和聚四氟乙烯含量下,漆膜表面特性和微观结构对疏水性和防覆冰性能的影响。结果表明:纳米 SiO2含量、聚四氟乙烯含量均为纯固态树脂的 25%时所制备的防覆冰漆膜水接触角达 128°,滚动角达到 6°,着冰力为 26. 1 N,同时还具有优异的耐候性、耐腐蚀性和耐液体介质性,能够满足多个工业领域对防覆冰的要求。

Abstract: Nano composite fluorocarbon anti-icing coatings was prepared by using fluorocarbon resin as the base resin,nano SiO2 and polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) as functional fillers. The focus was on the influence of surface characteristics and microstructure of paint films on the hydrophobicity and anti-icing performance under different types of base resin,different contents of nano SiO2 and PTFE. The results showed that the anti-icing coating film prepared with a nano SiO2 content of 25% of the pure solid resin and a PTFE content of 25% of the pure solid resin had a water contact angle of 128 °,a rolling angle of 6 °,and an icing force of 26.1 N. It also had excellent weather resistance,corrosion resistance,and resistance to liquid media,which could meet the requirements of multiple industrial fields for anti-icing.
