传动轴涂层质量试验研究

摘要: 以东风汽车传动轴表面涂层为研究对象。通过测试涂膜附着力、调整涂装工艺找到了有效提高传动轴表面涂层质量的方法,并通过多种试验组合,不断修正试验方案和参数,最终找到了涂料固化试验的工艺流程和工艺参数。试验结果表明:传动轴和铸件涂层测试厚度最高为65μm,硬度在HB~2H之间,用1 N的压力倾斜45°滑动无划痕。附着力能保障井格脱落面积不大于5%,颜色为黑色或灰色,达到了东风公司工艺研究所最新制定的零部件涂层Q/DFLCM的标准规定。

Abstract: The quality improvement measures of paint for driving shafts were developed via the adhesion and application tests of paint, with the driving shaft paint in Dongfeng automobile as example. Through the combination tests of paint adhesion, curing and cost improvement etc., an effective solution to the curing process was found. The results showed that the maximum paint film thickness of the driving shaft and the casting was 65um and hardness between HB and 2H, no scratches with IN pressure of tilted 45 degrees sliding, and less than 5% peeling in adhesion test. The paint colorwas black or gray, which met the requirements of newly established paint standard of parts Q/DFLCM standard of Dongfeng Company.
