摘要: 【目的】系统研究卷钢家电金属漆长期以来板面颗粒的问题。【方法】重点讨论了金属漆颗粒及粒子线的由来及原因分析,并研究了铝银浆自身的物性参数,以及不同流变助剂对流变及表面颗粒的影响。并进一步考察了不同附着力促进剂对返粗、耐甲基乙基酮( MEK)及加工性能的影响。【结果】铝银浆自身的形貌、粒径分布以及配方中流变助剂和附着力促进剂的选择都会影响板面的清洁度。【结论】研究对颗粒进行了分类和定义,建立了一套板面清洁度和铝粉筛选的评价方法,从配方设计和原材料控制的角度提供了有效的解决方案。

Abstract: [Objective]This paper systematically studies and discusses the particle issues,which is the long-term problems on metallic color of coil coating for appliances.[Methods] This paperfocuses on the origin and cause analysis of the seedings and particle lines of metallic coating forhousehold appliances. Meanwhile,the influence of different type of aluminum pastes,rheology additiveson the orientation arrangement of aluminum powders and the seedy on the coating surface was studied, and the effects of different adhesion promoters on MEK,grittiness and flexibility performance were further investigates.[Results]The experimental results showed that the morphology and distribution ofparticle size for aluminum powders,as well as the selection of leveling additives and adhesionpromoters in the formula would affect the cleanliness of the surface.[Conclusion]This paper attempts to classify and define the particles on PCM panels,and establish an evaluation method for the cleanliness of coating surface and aluminum powder screening,which provides an effective solution from the perspective of formula design and raw material control.
