摘要: 以氟碳树脂为成膜物质,加入红外特性颜填料,采用机械共混法制备了一种无铬环保的新型伪装涂料。采用UVPC系统分析了各色颜料的可见光-近红外漫反射特性,研究表明蓝绿色颜料仅有可见光-近红外波段的"红边"效应,多种红外特性颜料复合,可使伪装涂料达到类似绿色植被的"红边"和"近红外高原"光谱特性,具有高光谱伪装效果,同时涂膜具有良好的理化综合性能。

Abstract: In this article, a chromium - free environmental friendly coating with hyperspectral camouflage property was prepared using fluorocarbon resin as the main film forming matter and suitable infrared pigments by mechanical blending. The diffuse reflectivities of pigments were characterized by UV-3101 PC spectrophotometer. The results indicated that blue and green pigments only showed a "red edge" phenomena in visible and near infrared band.To obtain a hyperspectral camouflage and excellent comprehensive performance, it needs to blend various kinds of infrared pigments to give the near infrared plateau reflectance spectrum.
