汽车保险杠涂层附着力研究

Study on Paint Adhesion on Automobile Bumper

摘要: 为了考察注塑工艺和表面前处理对汽车保险杠PP(聚丙烯)塑料基材表面张力和涂层附着力的影响,采用了5种注塑工艺和去离子水洗、自来水洗、PP处理剂擦拭、火焰处理+自来水洗、异丙醇擦拭、异丙醇擦拭+自来水洗6种基材前处理方法。结果表明:未发现注塑工艺对基材表面张力有不良影响;分析处理后基材的表面张力和附着力发现,不同表面处理方法对基材的表面张力影响不同,火焰处理+自来水洗和异丙醇擦拭效果最佳。6种前处理涂膜划格实验附着力均能达到0级。

Abstract: The effects of injection manufacturing process and surface pre-treatmenton of PP plastics for automobile bumpers on its surface tension and paint adhesion were investigated.Five injection manufacturing processes and six surface pre-treatment methods ( washed by deionized water, by tap water, wiped by PP solvent, flame treatment and tap water washing, wiped by isopropanol and water wasing after wiped by isopropanol), the result indicated that the injection manufacturing process didn't affect the surface tension, but different surface treatments showed different effects on surface tension of substrates and adhesion of the paints.The best pretreatment process was using water washing after flame treatment and wiping by isopropanol. All the six pre-treatments could give the adhesion of grade 0 by cross cut method.
