摘要: 设计并合成了特定分子结构的含氢硅油。以烯丙基聚醚和自制含氢硅油为原料,通过硅氢加成合成了聚醚改性有机硅产品。用红外光谱(FT-IR)和核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)对产物进行了结构表征。在由正交试验得出的适当反应条件(即反应温度为130℃,反应时间为9 h,催化剂用量为20 mg/kg,反应物中Si—H与C=C的物质的量比为1∶1.1)下,制得的消泡剂在乳液中具有和进口产品相当的消抑泡性能。并研究了不同聚醚和硅油对消抑泡性能的影响。

Abstract: A hydrogen-containing silicone oil with specific molecular structure was designed and synthesized. Then a polyether modified silicone was prepared from the allyl polyether and the prepared silicone oil as raw material via the hydrosilylation reaction. The structure of the product was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrum(H NMR). And the appropriate reaction conditions were determined via orthogonal experiment the amount of catalyst was 20 mg/ kg,the reaction temperature was 130 ℃, the reaction time was 9 h, and the mass ratio of reactants [n(Si-H): n(C=C)] was 1: 1. 1. And the defoaming property of the prepared defoamer was as good as imported product of its kind. The effect of different silicone oil and allyl polyether on the defoaming property was also discussed.
