摘要: 制备了一种以特种导静电碳纤维、导电云母粉、导电纳米锑掺杂二氧化锡(导电ATO)为主要导电介质的雷达罩用抗静电涂料。通过对涂料导静电、力学、介电性能的研究,确定了碳纤维的最佳用量为2.5%。为获得合格的表面电阻率,采用底层打磨后施工面层的施工工艺。与现有同类涂料相比,该涂料具有较小的损耗角正切值,突破了传统机载雷达罩涂料介电性能偏高的技术瓶颈。此外,利用原位聚合共混制备工艺,有效解决了导电介质的分散问题,使得涂层具有良好的导静电功能及力学性能。

Abstract: A kind of antistatic coatings is prepared by using special conductive carbon fiber, conductive mica powder and ATO as the main conductive medium. In this paper, the optimum dosage of the carbon fiber is 2. 5% via the study of the antistatic, mechanical and die.lectric properties of the coatings. In order to obtain the qualified surface resistivity, the surface layer must be prepared after the primer is sanded. Compared to the existing coatings of its kind, the prepared coatings has smaller dielectric loss, which breaks through the bottleneck of traditional aircraft radome coatings having higher dielectric properties. In addition, the in-situ polymerization blending process is used to effectively solve the dispersion problem of conductive media, enabling the coating to show good conductivity and mechanical properties.
