乳液型聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂的合成及性能研究

Synthesis and Property of Emulsified Polyether Modified Silicone Defoamer

摘要: 合成了新型乳液型聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂,通过分子设计合成了消泡剂所用含氢硅油及烯丙基聚醚,含氢硅油合成的最佳条件为:催化剂占总量的 2%,反应温度 60 ℃ ,反应时间为 6 h。 通过正交试验确定了聚醚改性有机硅合成的最佳条件是:反应温度为 120 ℃ ,反应时间为 8 h,催化剂用量为 15×10-6,转化率可达 98%。 其中烯丙基聚醚由亲水性聚醚 A1 与疏水性聚醚 P1 按一定比例加成,A1 与 P1 的最佳比例为 1 ∶ 2.5。 最后采用复合乳化剂乳化上述聚醚改性有机硅,乳化剂用量为15%,HLB 值为 11.5,得到稳定的乳液型消泡剂,并对产品进行了表面性能测试。

Abstract: In this paper, a novel emulsion-type polyether modified silicone defoamer was synthesized. The hydrogen-containing silicone oil and allyl polyether are synthesized via mo-lecular design and the optimum conditions for the synthesis of hydrogen-containing silicone oil were as follows: the content of catalyst is 2% based on total weight of reaction system, the re-action temperature is 60C, and the reaction time is 6 h. The optimum conditions for the prep-aration of polyether modified silicone were determined by orthogonal test as follows: the reac-tion temperature is 120 ℃(T), the reaction time is 8 h(t), and the content of catalyst is 15ppm, by which the conversion rate is 98%, wherein the allyl polyether is the addition product of hydrophilic polyether A, and the hydrophobic polyether P, at a certain mol ratio, preferably at 1: 2. 5. Finally, the composite emulsifier is used to emulsify the polyether modified silicone to prepare a stable emulsion-type defoamer, wherein the emulsifier is 15% and the HLB value is 11. 5. The surface performance of the product is tested.
