摘要： 通过预乳化工艺,解决了水性木器涂料配制过程中高效消泡剂难以分散的难题,详细研究了消泡剂预乳化过程中分散方式、分散时间、助剂配比等影响因素对于预乳化效果与消泡效果的影响。采用高压均质技术,加入适量乳化剂对消泡剂进行预乳化,得到的预乳化液方便在水性涂料体系中分散,同时保证了较好的消泡效果。

Abstract: A pre-emulsifilation process was used to find a solution of the difficulty of dispersing effective defoamer in production of waterborne wood coatings. The influence of dispersing approaches of defoamer, the dispersing time and composition of other additives on the pre-emulsification and defoaming effectiveness was investigated in detail. Via high pressure homogenization, the defoamer was pre-emulsified by adding appropriate amount of emulsifying agents, and the obtained pre-emulsion could be easily dispersed in the waterborne coatings with a good defoaming effect.
