摘要: 用甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)与改性酚醛树脂合成聚氨酯预聚体,之后引入一定量的N,N-二甲基乙醇胺(DMEA),然后用冰醋酸中和成盐后乳化,得到阴极电泳漆泳透力提升助剂。按一定比例添加至阴极电泳涂料(CED)中可显著提高槽液的泳透力。

Abstract: A prepolymer was prepared from toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and modified phenolic resin, and then incorporated with N,N-dimethyl ethanolamine (DMEA), further neutralized with glacial acetic acid, finally emulsified to form an additive for cathodic electrodeposition coatings. This additive can help enhance the throwing power of bath sIgnificantly.
