摘要： 针对消泡剂、润湿流平剂在聚氨酯(PU)亮光黑面漆中的效用和涂膜易产生的弊病，在相同条件下分别对其进行了平行对比实验，对 PU亮光黑面漆消泡难的问题进行了深入的探究。实验结果显示，有机硅氧烷类流平剂 OL31、丙烯酸酯类流平剂 BYK358N、消泡剂 BYK141搭配使用，效果优 异，能获得良好的漆膜外观。

Abstract: The research aimed at the utility of defoamer and wetting agent in polyurethane lingh gloss black paint and finding solution of film defects produced easily. Through comparison expriments at same conditions to investigate the foaming problem that was difficult to be solved in PU high gloss black paint. The experimental results showed that combinetion of silicone leveling agent OL31, acrylic leveling agent BYK358N and defoamer BYK141 could give excellent results and better film appearance.
