摘要: 从颜填料、乳液的选择、颜填料间的配比等方面,研究了影响水性防腐涂料性能的几个因素。测试结果表明:以硅丙乳液做底漆、有机硅和氟碳乳液配制的涂料作面漆,综合性能最好。

Abstract: The influence of pigment/filler emulsion, ratio of pigment and filler, etc.on properties of waterborne anticorrosive coatings was investigated. The results showed that a multilayer system comprising a primer based on silicone-acrylate emulsion and a topcoat based on silicone and fluorocarbon emulsion gave good comprehensive properties.
