摘要: 以亚麻油、邻苯二甲酸酐、季戊四醇为原料,使用溶剂法合成工艺制备醇酸树脂,并用环氧树脂和丙烯酸类单体对其进行改性,使其获得良好的亲水性能。探讨了水性醇酸树脂制备过程中的影响因素,并对树脂的结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明:油度为58%,醇超量为1.07,制得的水溶性醇酸树脂固含量为50%,黏度为550 mPa·s,耐水性、耐油性、耐干性优良,克服了传统醇酸树脂贮存稳定性差、润湿力差的缺点,性能得到全面提高。

Abstract: This article discusses a preparing method of anticorrosive waterborne alkyd resin based on linseed oil, phathalic anhydride and pentaerythritol, meanwhile, studies the influential factors during the preparing process. The result shows that the prepared product with oil length 58%, mole excess of hydroxyl 7% solid 50% and viscosity 550 mPa.s has good properties including water resistance oil resistance and drying rate, and improves particularly storage stability and wetting ability as compared to traditional alkyd resins.
