复合石英陶瓷雷达天线罩用防水防潮涂层的制备与性能研究

Preparation and Properties of Waterproof and Moisture-proof Coating for Composite Quartz Ceramic Radome

摘要: 复合石英陶瓷( SiO2f/SiO2)具有优异的力学性能和介电性能,被广泛应用于雷达天线罩,但结构中含有较多亲水基团和孔隙,易吸水吸潮。为降低 SiO2f/SiO2的吸水吸潮率,以含有— CF3的低表面张力三氟丙基三甲氧基硅烷( TFTES)为疏水修饰剂,甲基或氟代甲基硅树脂( JP或 RU树脂)为涂料主体,有机蒙脱土( OMMT)为填料,制备了系列防水防潮涂层。研究结果表明:对复合石英陶瓷进行疏水修饰后,使用 OMMT含量为 1. 5%的 OMMT/RU涂覆 3道,所得试样吸水率最小,为 0.31%;使用 OMMT含量为 1%的 OMMT/JP涂覆 3道,所得试样吸潮率最小,为 0. 44%。综合厚度和质量增加因素考虑,涂覆 3道 OMMT1. 5/RU100试样防水防潮能力最强,介电性能良好。

Abstract: Composite quartz ceramics(SiO2f/SiO2) have excellent mechanical and dielectric properties and are widely used in radar radomes,but there are several hydrophilic groups and pores in the structure,which is easy to absorb water and moisture. In this paper,a kind of silicone coating with excellent waterproof and moisture-proof properties wasdeveloped. A variety of waterproof and moisture-proof coatings were prepared by usingTFTES,a low surface tension trifluoropropyl trimethoxy-silane(TFTES)containing —CF3 as a hydrophobic modification agent,methyl or fluoromethylsilicane(JP or RU resin)as the coatingbody and OMMT as the filler. The results showed that after hydrophobic modification ofcomposite quartz ceramics,coated with OMMT/RU with 1. 5% of OMMT for 3 times,the water absorption of the sample was the lowest(0. 31%). With OMMT/JP with 1% OMMT content coated 3 times,the moisture absorption of the sample was the lowest(0. 44%).Considering the factors of thickness and mass increase,the sample coated with 3 OMMT1. 5/RU100 has the best hydrophobic moisture resistance and good dielectric properties.
