摘要: 为了提高水性功能涂层的耐沾污性,通过溶液聚合合成有机硅改性丙烯酸酯(SiPA)树脂,经中和、乳化制备水性有机硅改性丙烯酸酯分散体(WSiPA),并将其与水性固化剂(异氰酸酯及氮丙啶固化剂)复配制备水性有机硅改性丙烯酸酯胶膜及涂层。重点研究了固化剂的引入方式及种类对胶膜及涂层性能的影响。结果表明:在 SiPA树脂中和乳化阶段引入复合固化剂制备的胶膜拉伸性能优异、吸水率较低(23. 9%);且涂层具有较强的疏水性(水接触角为 110. 8°)、耐溶剂擦拭性以及较好的耐沾污性。

Abstract: To improve the anti-soiling resistance of water-based functional coatings,the water-borne silicone modified acrylate(SiPA)resin was prepared by solution polymerization,and dispersions(WSiPA) were obtained after neutralization and emulsification. Then,the WSiPA was combined with water-based curing agent(isocyanate and aziridine curing agent) to obtain water-borne silicone modified acrylate films and coating. The effects of incorporation method and types of the curing agents on the properties of cured films and coatings were mainly investigated. The results showed that the film obtained when curing agents were incorporated during neutralization and emulsification process had high tensile property and low water absorption(23. 9%),and the correspondent coating had strong hydrophobicity(water contact angle of 110. 8°),solvent wiping resistance and better soiling resistance.
