2 高固体分氟碳涂料研制及配套性研究

摘要: 为了降低传统氟碳涂料的 VOC含量,采用高固体分氟碳树脂作为基料,耐候型异氰酸酯为固化剂,经过配方优化设计,研制了一种高固体分氟碳涂料,重点探讨了固化剂类型、 R值 [n(—NCO)∶n(—OH)]、固化促进剂用量、光稳定剂(紫外光吸收剂和受阻胺光稳定剂)及其用量对涂料性能的影响;研制的高固体分氟碳涂料固体分为 82%,涂层耐候性优异, 3 000 h人工加速老化试验保光率 ≥80%,ΔΕ≤3. 0。为了确保层间附着力,配套的高固体分环氧云铁中间漆应选用低极性改性聚酰胺或改性酚醛酰胺作为固化剂;另外,高固体分氟碳涂料超过一定重涂时间会导致涂料层间附着失效。研制的高固体分氟碳涂料满足涂料化工领域实际应用和未来发展需求。

Abstract: A high solid fluorocarbon coating was developed by using the high solid fluorocarbon resin as the binder,the weatherproof isocyanates as the curing agent. The effects of different curing agents,different R value(molar ratio of —NCO to —OH), the dosage of curing catalyst,photostabilizers(ultraviolet absorbers and hindered amine photostabilizers)and their dosage on the performance of the fluorocarbon coatings were discussed. The results indicated that the prepared product with nonvolatile content of 82% exhibited excellent weatherability of gloss retention rate up to 80% and color deviation of ΔΕ ≤3 after 3 000 h artificial aging. To ensure excellent compatibility with the intermediate paint,modified polyamide or modified phenakamide with low polar should be used as curing agents for the intermediate paint. The high solid fluorocarbon coating itself exhibited limited recoating
intervals because the intercoating adhesion failure would occur when the recoating intervals exceeded a certain period of time. The formulated high solid fluorocarbon coating meets the practical application needs and development in the field of coating chemistry.
