摘要: 水性环氧涂料不仅具有良好的防腐性能,而且符合环保要求,可以用于工程机械涂装。由于水性环氧乳液是一个多相体系,其涂料的固化过程与溶剂型环氧涂料有所区别,特别是环氧固化剂的用量对涂膜的性能有较大影响。 本文通过对不同比例的水性环氧乳液和固化剂进行研究,采用红外光谱、涂膜硬度、吸水率、耐中性盐雾试验以及电化学交流阻抗谱进行分析与表征,结果表明 m(环氧乳液) ∶m(固化剂)= 4.5:1 时,涂料的综合性能最优。

Abstract: Waterborne epoxy coatings with good anticorrosive and environmental friendly performance can be applied for engineerng machinery. Because the waterborne epoxy emulsion is a muluphase system, the curing process of waterbome epoxy coatings is different from that of solvent epoxy coatings. Especially the curing agent dosage has a great influence on the performance of the coatings. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, pendulum damping test,water absorption test and neutral salt spray test and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy have been used to characterize the performance of waterborne epoxy coatings. The results show that the comprehensive film performance is the best when the ratio of waterborne epoxy emulsion to cuing agent is 4. 5: 1.
