摘要: 为了满足涂料行业可持续发展的需求,在水性双组分聚氨酯涂料、高固体分聚氨酯中分别使用 3种不同官能度的低黏 HDI固化剂产品,并对其制备的聚氨酯涂料的干燥速度、力学性能、适用期及外观等性能进行了测试。结果表明,低黏固化剂可以显著降低体系 VOC排放,并可在高固含、水性体系均表现出优异的外观和应用性能。

Abstract: To meet the requirement of sustainable development for coatings industry,this article provided three low viscousity HDI hardener with different functionalities using in 2Kwaterborne polyurethane coatings and high solid polyurethane coatings. The drying speed, mechanical properties,pot-life,and appearance of the coatings were tested. The results indicated that low viscousity hardener could significantly reduce VOC emissions and exhibitedexcellent appearance and application performance in both high solid polyurethane coatings andwaterborne polyurethane systems.
