摘要: 用硅烷偶联剂 KH-550 对表面包覆 MgO 的金红石型纳米 TiO2 表面进行改性,对纳米粒子进行红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)以及 X 衍射角表征,SEM 分析表明改性后纳米粒子的团聚减少。 选取改性效果最佳的纳米粒子用二元醇分散法制备纳米 TiO2 /水性聚氨酯复合物。 对其红外、粒径、黏度等进行表征,结果表明纳米 TiO2 的加入可提高乳液的耐水性且最佳加入量为 0.5%。

Abstract:

The nano-structured rutile TiO2 pre-coated with MgO was further modified by silane coupling agent. The modified nanoparticles were characterized by FT-IR, SEM and  XRD. It was shown by SEM that the agglomeration of TiO2 nanoparticles decreased. Then the best modified nano-TiO2 was chosen to prepare the title composite emulsion via a glycol-dispersing process. The average particle size, viscosity and surface morphology were characterized.The results indicated that the water resistance of waterborne polyurethane could be increased by adding nano-TiO2 and its optimum dosage was 0.5%.
