摘要: 双组分水性环氧涂料具有触变性和抗流挂性不易调节的问题。采用聚氨酯缔合型增稠剂和膨润土复配,并选用乳液型胺固化剂取代常用的水溶性胺固化剂的方式,制备了一款具有高触变、高抗流挂和优异综合性能的双组分水性环氧涂料。研究了增稠剂和流变助剂的种类及用量、胺固化剂的类型对双组分水性环氧涂料的触变性、抗流挂性及其他应用性能的影响规律,结果表明: 6870乳液型胺固化剂与 299增稠剂和 LT膨润土之间存在相互促进作用,当 299增稠剂用量为 0. 5%、 LT膨润土用量为 0. 3%时,搭配 6870乳液型胺固化剂可制得触变指数为 4. 5、抗流挂极限膜厚为 475 μm、综合性能优异的双组分水性环氧涂料。

                                                                                    Abstract: Two-component waterborne epoxy coatings have the problems of difficult adjustment of thixotropy and anti-sagging resistance. In this paper,a two-component waterborne epoxy coatings with high thixotropy,high anti-sagging and excellent comprehensive properties was prepared by the compounding of polyurethane association thickener and bentonite,and the  selecting emulsion-type amine curing agent to replace the commonly used water-soluble amine curing agent. The effects of the type and amount of thickeners and rheological additives,and the type of amine curing agent on the thixotropy,anti-sagging and other application properties of two-component waterborne epoxy coatings were investigated. The results show thatthere was a mutual promotion effect between the 6870 emulsion-type amine curing agent,299 thickener and LT bentonite. When the dosage of 299 thickener was 0. 5% and the dosage of LT bentonite was 0. 3%,with 6870 emulsion-type amine curing agent,it could produce a thixotropic index of 4. 5,anti-sagging limiting film thickness of 475 μm,and excellent comprehensive performance of two-component waterborne epoxy coatings.
