摘要: 为提高阴极电泳涂层光泽,将环氧树脂与胺反应并中和,合成水溶性阳离子聚合物分散体,再与季铵盐分散树脂混合研磨制得高光泽阴极电泳涂料专用色浆,并研究主体树脂环氧当量、环氧树脂种类、封闭型异氰酸酯固化剂的封闭剂和异氰酸酯种类、涂料颜基比和色浆细度对阴极电泳涂层光泽的影响。结果表明:当主体树脂环氧当量为 400~500 g/mol,使用二聚酸改性环氧树脂制备阳离子聚合物分散体,采用甲苯二异氰酸酯和乙二醇丁醚合成封闭型异氰酸酯固化剂,涂料颜基比控制在 0. 2左右,色浆细度 ≤15 μm,可制得高光泽阴极电泳涂料,涂层具有良好的机械性能、耐盐雾性和一定的耐老化性能。

Abstract: In order to improve the gloss of cathodic electrophoretic coatings,epoxy resin was reacted with amines and neutralized to synthesize water-soluble cationic polymer dispersions,which were mixed with quaternary ammonium salt dispersed resins to obtain ahigh gloss cathodic electrophoretic coating pigment paste. Meanwhile,the effects of epoxy equivalent of the main resin,epoxy resin type,blocking agent and isocyanate type of blocked isocyanates,P/B,and paste fineness on the gloss of cathodic electrophoretic coatings werestudied. The results showed that when the epoxy equivalent of the main resin was controlled to400-500 g/mol,the cationic polymer dispersion was prepared using dimeric acid modified epoxy resin,the blocked isocyanate curing agent was synthesized using toluene diisocyanateand ethylene glycol butyl ether,the P/B of the coating was controlled at around 0. 2,and the color paste fineness was ≤15 μm,the high gloss cathodic electrophoretic coating could beprepared. The film of the cathodic electrophoretic coating showed excellent mechanical,salt spray resistance,and certain artificial accelerated weathering properties.
