摘要: 为增加固化剂的疏水效果,降低固化剂与水的亲和力,以提高水性涂料的耐水和耐腐蚀性能,选用疏水胺 4,4'-二氨基二环己基甲烷( H12MDA)代替亲水胺制备高性能水性固化剂,并将其用于制备水性环氧涂料。对漆膜的性能特别是抗流挂性能、耐热水浸泡性能、耐中性盐雾性能进行测试。结果表明:采用三乙烯四胺( TETA)与 H12MDA质量比为 1∶1制备了高性能改性 H12MDA水性固化剂,由其制备的涂料操作时间为 4h,表干时间仅 20 min;自带抗流挂效果,可以厚涂 275 μm不流挂;耐水性较好,沸水煮 10 h、50 ℃水浸泡超过 15 d不鼓泡;耐盐雾性能超过 600 h,具有很好的耐水、耐腐蚀性能。

Abstract: In order to increase the hydrophobic effect of curing agent and reduce theaffinity of curing agent with water,improve the water and corrosion resistance of waterborne coatings,hydrophobic amine 4,4'-diaminodicyclohexylmethane(H12MDA)was selected to replace hydrophilic amine to prepare high-performance waterborne curing agent. We testedthe properties of the waterborne epoxy coating,especially the sag resistance,hot water immersion resistance and salt spray resistance. The results showed that waterborne curingagent with high performance was prepared by using the mass ratio of triethylenetetramine(TETA)to H12MDA of 1∶1,it had long pot life(4h)and short tack-free time(only 20 min); it could be thick coated with 275 μm without sagging;also it showed good water resistance and salt spray resistance;it could be boiled for 10 h and soaked in hot water(50 ℃)for more than 15 d without bubbling,salt spray resistance could exceed 600 h.
