摘要: 采用两步法合成了一系列组分不同的水溶性苯乙烯/ 丙烯酸酯改性醇酸树脂。 采用 FT-IR、1H-NMR和 GPC 分别对树脂的结构、组成及相对分子质量进行了表征。 测定了由合成树脂制备的清漆的性能,包括漆膜干燥时间、铅笔硬度、附着力、耐水和耐碱性能。 结果表明:改性醇酸树脂具有良好的物理机械性能。

Abstract: A series of styrene/ acrylate modified waterborne alkyd resin with different ratio of styrene and acrylate were synthesized via a two-step process. The structure, component and molecular weight of the modified alkyd resins were characterized by FT-IR, 1H-NMR and GPC. A vamish was prepared by diluting the said resin with water and its film performance was determined in terms of drying time, pencil hardness, adhesion, resistance to water and alkaline. The results showed that the styrene/ acrylate molar ratio 1: 1.6) modified waterbome alkyd resin exhibited exce lent physical properties.
