摘要: 设计了一套年产1000t聚丙烯酸树脂的反应装置,根据丙烯树脂生产的条件要求,依据国家标准,主要对丙烯酸树脂的反应釜进行设计选型,着重介绍了设计反应釜时的思路和方法。包括反应釜的体积、釜体外形尺寸的设计,以及传热的设计计算和搅拌的选型等,通过对产品工艺特性的了解和物料特性的分析,进行设备选型,依据相关行业标准,求出设备参数,依照具体参数设计生产装置,保证生产安全高效,满足国家质检标准,减少设备费用投资,节省预算。

Abstract: This article has described the design of a polyacry lic resin agitated reactors with capacity of 1000 La, according to the production technology and the national standards, focusing on the mentality of design and method, including the calculation of the reactor size, design of the type of heating and selection of the type of agitators. Based on the understanding to the production technology and materials characteristics, and industry standards, selected the parts of reactor and calculated their parameters, which were used for the design of reactor, ensuring the safety and effectivenes and reduction of investment.
