摘要: 用稳定剂爱利索TM RM-825对 SiO2气凝胶进行改性并制备成浆料,以水性丙烯酸树脂为成膜物,在助剂的配合下制得水性纳米透明隔热涂料。实验结果表明,用稳定剂对 SiO2 气凝胶进行改性,能够实现纳米颗粒的均匀分散。玻璃涂覆膜厚为 20~25μm时,涂膜有良好的机械性能,可见光透过率大于 89%,透明性好,同时有较好的隔热效果。

Abstract: The Sio2, aerogels was modified by stabilizer Acrysol RM-825, which was then used to prepare a nano-slurry, and the suspensions as well as the special additives added to a waterbome acrlic resin to formulate the waterborne transparent nano heat insulation coating. The experimental results showed that the stablizer was effective for the well dispersion of the nanoparticles in the acrylic resin. The transparent heat insulation coatings film was applied on the surface of glass with a thickness of 20-25 μm, the cured coatings showed a good mechanical properties and over 89% transmittance to visible light, excellent heat insulation performance.
