纳米Al2O3/有机 -无机杂化复合铝合金涂层的耐腐蚀性能研究

Study on the Corrosion Resistance of Nano-Al2O3/Organic-inorganic Hybrid Coatings for Aluminum Alloy

摘要: 在溶胶-凝胶法合成有机 -无机杂化丙烯酸树脂的基础上,采用盐雾试验和电化学交流阻抗技术研究了纳米 Al2O3对有机 -无机杂化丙烯酸复合涂层材料的耐腐蚀性能的影响。研究表明:纳米Al2O3 添加量为12%时,涂层的耐腐蚀性能有了较大的提高,耐盐雾时间由100 h提高到450 h,涂层的阻抗值也由 104 Ω·cm2提高至106 Ω·cm2以上。另外,通过扫描电镜观察了复合涂层的断面,发现涂层中纳米粒子分散均匀,并且粘接紧密,形成了较为致密的复合涂层。

Abstract: An organic -inorgnic hybrid acrylic resin was synthesized by sol-gel process. The effedt incorporation of diferent dosage of nanometer Al2O3 on the anticorrosive performaces of the coatings was investigated by means of salt spray and EIS( electrochemical impedance spectroscopy )measurement in conjunction with SEM. The results indicated that the performance of hybrid paint film with 12% nano-Al2O3 was improved significantly, the salt spray test increased from 100 h to 450 h before showing blisters. and resistance of the coatings increased from 104 Ω·cm2 to 106 Ω·cm2. The observation by SEM of the cross section of nano-Al2O3 /organic-inorganic hybrid acrylate composite paint films showed a uniform dispersing of nano particles, forming adense hybrid film.
