摘要: 为了提高丙烯酸树脂的耐水性、附着力以及耐溶剂性,以桐油酸和环氧树脂 E-44为原料制备环氧酯,采用溶液聚合和自乳化工艺合成了环氧酯改性水性丙烯酸树脂,并引入氰特 CY325氨基树脂制备双组分环氧酯改性水性丙烯酸树脂漆膜。利用 FT-IR、1H NMR、粒径测试等对环氧酯单体、环氧酯改性水性丙烯酸树脂的结构和性能进行表征和分析,并测试了单组分和双组分环氧酯改性水性丙烯酸树脂漆膜的硬度、光泽、吸水率、水接触角、耐溶剂性等性能。结果表明:当环氧酯用量为 35%时,单/双组分漆膜综合性能达到最佳,双组分漆膜光泽( 60°)达 102. 3,耐溶剂擦拭次数为 500次,耐水性可达 480 h,附着力为 0级,铅笔硬度为 4H,耐冲击性为 50 cm。

Abstract: In order to improve the water resistance,adhesion and solvent resistance of acrylic resin,epoxy ester was prepared from tung oil acid and epoxy resin E-44,and epoxyester modified waterborne acrylic resin was synthesized using solution polymerization and selfemulsification processes. Then a two-component epoxy ester modified waterborne acrylic resincoating was prepared by introducing cyanate 325 amino resin. The structure and properties ofepoxy ester monomers and epoxy ester modified waterborne acrylic resins were characterizedand analyzed using FT-IR, 1H NMR and particle size testing,etc. The hardness,gloss,water absorption,water contact angle,solvent resistance,and other properties of one-component andtwo-component epoxy ester modified waterborne acrylic resin paint films were tested. Theresults showed that when the amount of epoxy ester was 35%,both one-component and two-component paint films showed the best comprehensive performance. The gloss of two-component paint film(60°)reached 102. 3,the solvent resistance wipe number was 500,the water resistance could reach 480 h,the adhesion was level 0,the pencil hardness was 4H,and the impact resistance was 50 cm.
