摘要: 将纳米 Al2O3颗粒分别通过机械和超声波分散工艺分散到聚酯树脂中,研究了机械分散转速和分散方式对纳米 Al2O3/聚酯树脂复合涂层性能及纳米 Al2O3在聚酯树脂中的分散性的影响;通过研究复合涂层的耐盐雾性、硬度、耐磨性等,确定了最佳分散工艺。结果表明:纳米 Al2O3颗粒可在 1 500 r/min的机械分散下形成均匀分散体系,再用超声波分散可进一步提升分散效果和涂料的稳定性,有效减少纳米 Al2O3在水性聚酯树脂中的团聚,在提高所得复合涂层硬度、耐磨性的同时,增强其耐腐蚀性。

Abstract: In this paper,nano-Al2O3 particles were dispersed into polyester resin bymechanical dispersion and ultrasonic dispersion processes to enhance the mechanicalproperties of water-based polyester resin. The effects of mechanical dispersion speed anddispersion mode on the performance of nano-Al2O3/polyester resin composite coating and the dispersion of nano-Al2O3 in polyester resin were investigated. The best dispersion process wasdetermined by studying the properties of the composite coating such as salt spray,sand washing resistance,hardness and wear resistance. The results showed that the nano-Al2Oparticles could form a homogeneous dispersion system under mechanical dispersion at 1 500 r/min,and the dispersion effect and stability of the coating would be further improved by ultrasonic dispersion,which could effectively reduce the agglomeration of nano-Al2O3 in water-based polyester resin and enhance the corrosion resistance of the composite coating
while improving its hardness and wear resistance.
