摘要: 【目的】通过调控丙烯酸预聚体分子结构及指标设计,并将其用于聚酯树脂的化学改性,开发一种超高耐候粉末涂料用丙烯酸改性聚酯树脂。【方法】研究了丙烯酸预聚体单体组成、反应性基团种类及用量、丙烯酸预聚体用量对丙烯酸改性聚酯树脂及粉末涂料性能的影响。【结果】优选以甲基丙烯酸甲酯为硬单体、以丙烯酸单体为反应性基团且酸值为 30 mgKOH/g的丙烯酸预聚体,在聚酯合成阶段添加 20%该预聚体制备的改性聚酯及其粉末涂料,其耐候性相比常规超耐候聚酯具有显著提高,且涂料倾斜流动性、耐水煮性和耐盐雾性等关键应用指标均满足工业应用要求。【结论】以上研究可为超耐候粉末涂料用丙烯酸改性聚酯树脂的产业化应用提供前期的技术支撑与产品方案。

Abstract: [Objective] By regulating the molecular structure and index design of acrylicprepolymers and chemically modifying them in the synthesis of polyester resins to achieve synergisticeffects,a kind of acrylic modified polyester resin for ultra-high weather resistance powder coatings wasexplored and developed.[Methods]The effects of the composition of acrylic prepolymer monomers, the types and dosages of reactive groups,and the dosage of acrylic prepolymers on the performance ofacrylic modified polyester resins and powder coatings were studied.[Results]The modified polyesterand its powder coating prepared by adding 20% acrylic prepolymer with methyl methacrylate as thehard monomer and acrylic monomer as the reactive group with an acid value of 30 mgKOH/g during thepolyester synthesis stage,exhibit significantly improved weather resistance compared with conventionalsuper weather-resistant polyester. Moreover,key application indicators such as inclined fluidity,water boiling resistance and salt spray resistance all meet the requirements of industrial applications.[Conclusion] Based on the above research,the optimal formula and index parameters were determined,providing the initial technical support and product solution for the industrial application ofacrylic modified polyester resin in ultra-weather-resistant powder coatings.
