丙烯酸酯有机硅共聚物的合成、表征及耐热性研究

摘要: 以 3-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(硅烷偶联剂 KH-570)为“桥梁”,用溶液聚合法分三步反应合成了一种新型的丙烯酸酯有机硅共聚物。FT-IR、1H-NMR鉴定了丙烯酸酯有机硅共聚物的分子结构。所得树脂的MW=43 748,多分散系数为2.32。虽然丙烯酸酯改性的有机硅树脂比有机硅树脂在 800℃时的质量保持率有所降低,但起始分解温度均有所提高。当丙烯酸甲酯质量分数为 20%和 40%时,丙烯酸酯改性的有机硅树脂起始分解温度分别比有机硅树脂提高了 13℃和 55℃。

Abstract: A novel acrylate - silicone copolymer was prepared via three steps by solution polymerization, using 3 -methacryloxypropyl propyl trimethoxy silane(silane coupling agent KH-570) as a"bridge". Its structure was chatacterized by FT-IR and 1 H-NMR spectroscopy. The MW of the copolymer is 43 748 and its polydispersity is 2. 32. Although the residual weight of acrylate modified silicone resin at 800 ℃ is lower than that of silicone resin, its initial decomposition temperature is higher than that of silicone resin. When the mass percentage of methacrylate monomer is 20% and 40%, the initial decomposition temperature of acrlate modified silicone resin were increased by 13 ℃ and 55 ℃ respectively, compared with that of silicone resin.
