摘要: 通过不饱和脂肪酸和 N-(甲氧基甲基)丙烯酰胺(NMMA)与环氧树脂(EP-20)反应得到环氧酯,再将环氧酯与乙烯基类单体采用溶液聚合的方式共聚,制备出多重自交联水性丙烯酸树脂分散体。系统研究了环氧酯和甲基丙烯酸的含量,交联单体 NMMA、乙酰乙酸基甲基丙烯酸乙酯(AAEM)、β-明胶蛋白质、不饱和脂肪酸及制备工艺对树脂涂膜综合性能的影响。结果表明:多重自交联水性丙烯酸涂料具备优异的综合性能,表干时间为 28 min,耐水性达 14 d,硬度和附着力分别为 3H和 0级,还表现出良好的耐溶剂性。

Abstract: The multiple self-crosslinking waterborne acrylic resin dispersion wasprepared by solution polymerization through epoxy ester and vinyl monomer. The used epoxyester was obtained by the reaction of epoxy resin(EP-20)with unsaturated fatty acid and N-methoxy methacrylamide(NMMA). It was systematically studied for the comprehensiveproperties of the resin film that was influenced by the proportion of epoxy ester and methacrylicacid,crosslinking monomer NMMA,acetoacetoxyethyl methacrylate(AAEM),β -gelatin protein,unsaturated fatty acid or preparation process. The results showed that multiple self-crosslinking waterborne acrylic coatings indicated excellent comprehensive properties,the surface drying time was 28 min,the water resistance was 14 d,the hardness and adhesion were 3H and 0 grade,respectively,and it also exhibited good solvent resistance.
