磷酸丙烯酸酯共聚改性苯丙乳液的研究

摘要: 采用预乳化工艺,半连续种子聚合法,通过磷酸丙烯酸酯(P-A)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、苯乙烯(St)、 丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸(AA)共聚反应制得具有高附着力的改性苯 -丙乳液。结果表明,当磷酸丙烯酸酯在乳液聚 合中占单体总量的 5%时,乳液涂膜在铝板、镀锌板、马口铁、ABS、PVC、玻璃板等基材上的附着力从 3~5级提高到 0 ~1级,在玻璃上的硬度从 H提高到 2H,耐水性从 12h提高到 192h,同时对乳液的聚合稳定性、Ca2+稳定性都有一定 的改善。

Abstract: A modified stryrene-acryli cemulsions with strong adhesion were prepared with the help of copol-ymerization of P-A、MMA、St、BA、AA by means of pre-emulsification technology and semi-continuou ssed e-mulsion polymerization.The results showed that when the adition amount of phosphoric acrylateis5%,the ad-hesion strength of film on aluminum,shet,galvanized sheet,tin-plate,ABS,PVC,glass plate,etc.can be improved from grade3~5 to grade0~1,the hardnes on glas from H to 2H and and water-resistance of coat-ing from 12h to 192h,which also could improve polymerization stability and Ca2+ stability of emulsion.
