摘要: 通过两层法聚合工艺,将含氟丙烯酸单体引入常规羟基丙烯酸分散体树脂的合成中,制备出高光泽、高耐性的水性含氟羟基丙烯酸二级分散体( FHAD)。研究了含氟丙烯酸单体种类及用量对 FHAD性能的影响,结果表明:当添加 8%甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯( HFBMA)时,制得的分散体粒径小、黏度适中且热贮存稳定性优异。将该分散体与水性异氰酸酯固化剂 AQUAPU-298搭配制备水性双组分聚氨酯涂料,固化后的漆膜具有优异的光泽, 20°、60°、85°光泽分别为 83. 6、93. 9、99. 5;同时耐水性、耐酸、耐碱性也显著提高,有效改善了常规丙烯酸二级分散体的性能。

                                                                                    Abstract: In this paper,through the two-step polymerization process,fluorinated acrylicacid monomer was added into the synthesis of conventional hydroxyl acrylic acid resindispersion,the high gloss and high endurance aqueous fluorinated hydroxyl acrylic acidsecondary dispersion(FHAD)was successfully prepared. The effects of the type and content offluorinated acrylic acid monomer on the properties of FHAD were investigated. The experimental results showed that when hexafluorobutyl methacrylate(HFBMA)was added and the content was 8%,the dispersion owned small particle size,moderate viscosity and excellent heat storage stability. Meanwhile,the two-component coatings prepared with the dispersionand water-based isocyanate curing agent AQUAPU-298 owned the excellent gloss. The glossof 20°,60° and 85° was 83. 6,93. 9 and 99. 5 respectively. What’s more,the acid and alkali  resistance of films had been greatly improved and the water resistance(25 ℃)could achieve 312 hours,significantly improved the endurance of conventional acrylic dispersion.
