交联剂型水性聚氨酯 -丙烯酸酯木器涂料性能研究

摘要: 以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚醚多元醇、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)等为原料通过种子乳液聚合制得了水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复合乳液,进一步配制成木器用水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯涂料。分别采用三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)和环氧树脂E-20作为内交联剂对聚合物进行改性。通过设计一系列配方,考察了两者对水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯涂料性能的影响。研究表明:在设计实验条件下,TMP对漆膜耐水、耐醇、耐污染性能改善效果不好,而E-20对漆膜各方面性能有显著提高。用5%~8%E-20改性的涂料性能能满足木器涂料的要求。

Abstract: The title waterborne polyurethane-acrylate hybrid emulsions were prepared based on isophor-one disocyanate (IPDI),polyether polyol,dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA) and methyl methacrylate (MMA),etc.by the method of core-shel emulsion polymerization,which was used to forntulate the waterborne polyurethane-acrylate wood coatings.Trimethylolpropane (TMP)andepoxyresinE-20asin- ner croslinkers were introduced to modify polymers respectively.A series of recipes were designed to study the efect of the two inner croslinkers on the performance of waterborne polyurethane acrylate coatings.It is found that,in the condition of designed experiments,TMP has litle improvement to the performance of paint films in water resistance,ethanol resistance and stain resistance,however,epoxy resinE-20 has prominent enhancement to the performance of paint films in all sides.The performance of the coatings modified with5 ~8% of E-20 can satisfy the requirement of wodcoatings.
