长余辉标线涂料用改性发光粉的制备及性能

Preparation and Properties of Modified Luminescent Powder for Long-afterglow Marking Coatings

摘要: 旨在选用双硅膜嫁接改性技术对铕、镝掺杂的铝酸锶(SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+)类蓄能发光粉进行成膜保护处理,采用化学沉淀法以硅酸钠为原料制备第一层无机硅膜,采用溶胶-凝胶法以 KH570为原料制备第二层有机硅膜,而后嫁接丙烯酸膜制备了改性发光粉,并通过耐水性、荧光性能和热稳定性表征技术,对发光粉的改性效果进行了综合评估。结果表明,双硅膜嫁接改性工艺可以实现发光粉的完整包覆,并使发光粉水分散液的 pH增长率降低 64. 9%,发光粉耐水性得到明显提升,采用 80%(以发光粉质量计)的硅酸钠和 10%的硅烷偶联剂 KH570可以获得最佳的改良效果。改性发光粉的 10 min和 60 min发光亮度可达 194. 4 mcd/m2和 24. 3 mcd/m2,余辉时间 12. 8 h,并具有较好的热稳定性。所得研究成果对实现道路标线的主动发光并提高夜间潮湿状态下路面交通标线的视认性具有潜在的应用价值。

Abstract: Modified technology by grafting double silicon film to SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+ luminescent powder was used to protect luminescent powder. Sodium silicate was used as thefirst layer of inorganic silicon coating by chemical precipitation method,KH570 was adopted to prepare the second layer of an organosilicon film by sol-gel method,and then an acrylic filmwas grafted to powder. The double-layer silicon coating was used to enhance the moistureresistance and organic compatibility of luminescent powder. Then,the performance test was carried out,and the properties of the luminescent powder were evaluated comprehensivelythrough moisture resistance,fluorescence properties,and thermal stability. The tests showedthat the complete coating of luminescent powder could be achieved by grafting modification technology of double-layer silicon. The pH growth rate of the luminescent powder aqueousdispersion was reduced by 64. 9%,indicating that the moisture resistance had been significantly improved. As the best modification formula,80% sodium silicate and 10% silane coupling agent KH570 could achieve the best improvement effect. The fluorescence of modified luminescent powder could reach 194. 4 mcd/m2 and 24. 3 mcd/m2 at 10 min and 60 min. The afterglow time was 12. 8 h. The thermal stability showed good results. The research had potential application value for realizing the durable luminescence of road markings and improving the visibility in rainy night environments.
