摘要: 针对聚天门冬氨酸酯聚脲(简称“天冬聚脲”)底漆涂层与基材表面附着力不良的问题,对涂层附着力影响因素进行分析探讨。采用喷涂法在标准低碳钢板上制备不同厚度的聚脲底漆涂层,检测涂层的附着力情况,通过定性分析涂层表面的孔隙率,并借助电化学分析手段将孔隙率定量化,探究孔隙率与附着力的关系,并分析涂层厚度较高时涂层内应力对附着力的作用机制。结果表明:天冬聚脲底漆涂层厚度对附着力有较大的影响,合适的涂层厚度有助于提高附着力,不同涂层厚度会导致孔隙率不同,在涂层厚度较低时,涂层附着力与孔隙率成反比关系,随着涂层厚度增加到一定程度,孔隙率对涂层附着力的影响变弱,涂层内应力对附着力的影响占主导作用,从而导致涂层厚度较高时涂层附着力下降。

Abstract: Based on the adhesion issue of polyaspartic polyurea primer,influence factors affecting coating adhesion were analyzed and discussed. Polyurea primer coating with differentthicknesses on standard low-carbon steel plates were prepared through spraying,and the coating adhesion was tested. Based on the qualitative analysis of porosity status and the electrochemical quantitative analysis of porosity,the relationship between porosity and adhesion was explored,and the effect mechanism of internal stress of coating on adhesion under high coating thickness was analyzed. The results showed that the thickness of polyaspartic polyurea primer coating had a significant impact on adhesion,and an appropriatecoating thickness range contributed to increase adhesion. Different coating thicknesses wouldlead to different porosity,the adhesion was inversely proportional to porosity in the low coating thickness range. As the coating thickness increased to a certain extent,the influence of porosity on coating adhesion weakened,and the influence of internal stress on adhesion dominated,resulting in the decrease of coating adhesion under high coating thickness.
