丙二醇单丁醚生产工艺的改进

摘要: 采用新型高效催化剂即磷钼酸盐改性Al2O3,催化精馏合成丙二醇单丁醚,确定了最佳的工艺参数,即反应温度为80°C;配料比正丁醇∶环氧丙烷=2.5∶1(物质的量比);液体空速7mL/(gcat·h);塔顶回流比L/FPO=1.2。在上述条件下,环氧丙烷的转化率达到了97.1%;丙二醇单丁醚的选择性达到了92.0%。本文所采用的催化精馏工艺及新型高效催化剂比传统的间歇釜式生产方法及催化剂具有催化活性高、反应条件温和以及高的选择性等优点。

Abstract: Propylene glycol mono-butyl ether was prepared with new and high efective catalyst Al2O3 modified by molybdenum and phosphate through catalytic distilation.The optimal reactioncon ditionswere finalized:reaction temperature80°C,n-butyol:propylene oxide(PO)=2.5∶1(molar ratio) ;liquid empty velocity 7 ml/gcat·h;colamn top reflux ratioL/FPO =1.2.Under these conditions,the conversion of PO was about97.1% and the selectivity of propylene glycol mono-butyl ether was 92.0%.The proces using cata-lytic distilation and new and high efective catalyst showed higher reaction activity,milde rreaction condi-tions and higher selectivity than the traditional batch ketle ways.
