车身电泳不能成膜的原因分析

Abstract: The quality of the electrophoresis film is a critical influencing factor on anticorrosion and appearance of the coated car body. In this paper, chemical method, scanning electron microscopy( SEM) and energy spectrum component detection method(EDX)are used to analyze the defects of electrophoresis film on the partial surface of stamping part for car body. It is indicated that the phosphating film can't form because the silicon and oxygen exist on the surface of steel sheet, which cause a film-forming failure of the electrophoresis film. Based on the defect analysis, a fast and easy-to-use method for the process control of steel plate quality is established helpful to car manufacturers and stamping part suppliers so as to reduce the defect of electrophoresis film on car body.

摘要: 车身电泳漆膜质量直接影响汽车的防腐效果和外观。采用化学方法、扫面电镜微观分析和能谱成分分析理化检测方法,对车身冲压件局部电泳不能正常成膜的原因进行了分析,研究表明:产生缺陷的钢板表面含硅氧,阻止了磷化膜的形成,不利于表面涂装,导致电泳无法正常成膜。此次缺陷分析,为汽车厂和冲压件生产厂找到了一种方便快捷的钢板表质量控制方法,从而降低车身电泳缺陷。
