Abstract: This paper describes the basic principle and procedure of the painting process design and particularly introduces the check items of car body structure to clearly indicate the problems of car body structure design. A case(e.g., structure design for car side threshold)is put forth for specific analysis.

摘要： 阐述了乘用车车身涂装工艺设计的基本原则和工作内容，着重介绍了车身结构的校核项，从而更明确地体现了车身结构设计的问题分布，最后以侧围门槛结构设计为案例进行分析。
