Abstract:

As viewed from the engineering application of the labyrinth paper box, this article introduces its working principle and analyzes its pickup performance and efficiency. Based on the results of field tests and simulation, an integral design program applicable to the labyrinth paper box for pickup of overspray paint in dry spray booth of car body painting shop has been presented. Meanwhile, its economic benefit has been analyzed, which can be used as a reference for further engineering application.

以迷宫纸盒的工程应用为出发点,介绍了其基本工作原理,并通过试验测试分析了纸盒的捕捉性能和工作效率,通过搭建试验线和流场仿真提出了在整车涂装车间中迷宫纸盒干式喷房系统的整体设计方法和要点,并对其运行经济效益进行了对比分析,为后续的工程应用提供了参考。
