Abstract:
Cathodic electrophoresis is wildly applied in automobile coating production line,and electrophoresis pinhole is a common film defect during electrophoresis process. A case of electrophoresis pinhole defect on the production line was introduced. Specifically the voltagetime curve for first auto was tested, and the output voltage toward the third section of rectifier was tested, the result proved that fluctuation of output voltage toward rectifier caused the pinhole defect. Then the abnormal component in rectifier had been found out, and thus the electrophoresis pinhole defect disappeared after the component with problem was replaced. The analysis method in this case could provide a reference for elimination of electrophoresis pinhole defect.

摘要: 阴极电泳广泛应用于汽车涂装,电泳针孔是阴极电泳过程中的常见缺陷。本文介绍了实际生产过程中的电泳针孔问题,根据针孔缺陷形态特征,通过电压-时间跟踪的潜水艇试验以及通过fluke示波器对整流器的输出电压进行测试,确认了整流器的电压输出波动是此次针孔缺陷的原因。通过逐个替代法,确认了整流器中的问题元器件,在对问题元器件进行更换后,整流器输出状态恢复正常,电泳针孔问题消除。
