Abstract: Various adhesives play an important role in sealing system, vibration resistance and anti-rust, etc. for car body. The composition, application section and process parameter of adhesives give a direct impact on quality of car body. In this paper, a failure that occurs during the onsite application of PvC sealant in welding seam has been described and analyzed, and finally countermeasures have been put forth accordingly.

摘要： 胶粘剂在车身密封、减震、防锈等方面起到至关重要的作用。所以胶粘剂的材料组成、应用部位、工艺参数等直接影响整车品质。本研究重点介绍了PVC焊缝密封胶在现场使用过程中发生的一种失效模式,并针对此次失效展开调查、分析原因,并提出相应的解决对策。
