摘要: 综述了近十年兼具早期腐蚀自预警和自修复功能的智能防腐涂层,分类介绍了这类涂层的制备方法、设计思路和具体应用,分析了典型结构微 /纳米容器的优势与不足。微 /纳米容器以其规整、精细的结构,能够高效负载、储存和释放功能分子,已被广泛应用于自预警自修复双功能智能防腐涂层的设计和开发。智能响应聚合物型防腐涂层通过弱共价键和超分子作用,也可以实现自预警、自修复客体分子的智能释放,展现出更高的设计灵活性。自预警自修复双功能智能涂层已经逐渐成为智能涂层研究的重要发展方向,未来研究应着力简化微 /纳米容器以及智能响应聚合物的制备工艺,提高智能化程度,并探索新的功能设计以满足实际应用需求。

Abstract: This review summarized the past decade’s advancements in smart anticorrosive coatings with early corrosion self-warning and self-healing capabilities,and categorized and introduced the preparation methods,design concepts,and applications of these coatings. But also, the advantages and disadvantages of micro/nano containers were analyzed. Micro/nanocontainers,with their regular and refined structures,efficiently loaded,stored,and released various functional substances,ensuring long-term coating service,which were widelyapplied in self-warning and self-healing dual-functional coatings. Smart responsive polymer-based coatings could also yield intelligent release of self-warning and self-healing moleculesvia weak covalent bonds and supramolecular interactions,which showed potential applicationbecause of their flexibility in structure design. The research on dual-function coatings withself-healing and self-warning performance was becoming extremely important in the field ofsmart coatings. Future research should aim to simplify the preparation process,to increase intelligence,and to explore new functional designs to meet practical demands.
