阳极氧化钛/全氟聚醚疏水表面的疏水自修复及防冰性能研究

Study on Self-healable Hydrophobic and Anti-icing Properties of Anodized Titanium Oxide/Perfluoropolyether Hydrophobic Surface

摘要: 【目的】开发一种具有疏水自修复和防冰性能的表面。【方法】使用阳极氧化制备氧化钛多孔膜,并于膜孔中填充全氟聚醚,得到阳极氧化钛/全氟聚醚疏水表面。考察了阳极氧化钛/全氟聚醚疏水表面的疏水性、表面能、疏水自修复性、表面冰黏附应力等性能。【结果】与初始钛片相比,阳极氧化钛/全氟聚醚疏水表面具有较好的疏水性,表面能由 46. 5 J/m2降低至 15. 5 J/m2。在疏水表面氟化合物被破坏后,氧化钛多孔膜中负载的全氟聚醚会迁移到表面修复疏水性。当经过 4次等离子体破坏/修复循环后,表面水接触角为 96°,仍保持疏水状态。该表面的冰黏附应力由初始钛片的 0. 22 MPa降至 0. 06 MPa,具有较好的防冰性能。此外,该表面经过落砂冲击后,未发现明显的破坏和疏水性降低,具有较好的力学强度。【结论】阳极氧化钛/全氟聚醚疏水表面具有较好的疏水自修复、防冰性能,在疏水自清洁和防冰领域具有一定应用前景。

Abstract: [Objective] To develop of a surface with hydrophobic,self-healing and anti-icingproperties.[Methods]Porous titanium oxide films were prepared using anodic oxidation method andthe membrane pores were filled with perfluoropolyether to obtain an anodic titanium oxide/perfluoropolyether hydrophobic surface. The hydrophobicity,surface tension,self-healable hydrophobicityand ice adhesion of the composite coating were investigated.[Results]The results showed that the anodized titanium oxide/perfluoropolyether hydrophobic surface had better hydrophobicity compared tothe initial titanium sheet,and the surface energy of the composite coating decreased from 46. 5 J/m2 to 
15. 5 J/m2. The perfluoropolyether loaded in porous titanium oxide migrated to the surface to repair thehydrophobicity,after the fluorine compounds were destroyed,which made it have self-healinghydrophobicity. After four plasma damage/healing cycles,the surface with a water contact of 96° remained hydrophobicity. The ice adhesion stress of the composite surface was reduced from 0. 22 MPa to 0.06MPa,which made it have good anti-icing performance. In addition,no obvious damage and decrease of hydrophobicity were found on this surface after sand abrasion,which made the surface have better physical and mechanical properties.[Conclusion] The anodic titanium oxide/perfluoropolyethercomposite surface has good self-healable hydrophobicity and anti-icing properties,and has broad application prospects in the field of hydrophobic self-cleaning and anti-icing.
