摘要: 【目的】为解决抗结冰有机凝胶力学性能差的问题。【方法】以降冰片烯基十二氟庚酯(NDF)为单体,二降冰片烯基亚甲基双(异氰酸苯酯)(NMBI)为交联剂,液体石蜡为分散介质,通过开环易位聚合(ROMP)设计出自修复降冰片烯基含氟有机凝胶(NDFG)。【结果】NDFG凝胶呈现优异的力学性能(拉伸强度>0. 44 MPa)和防冰性能,在.20 ℃时保持 14. 86 kPa低冰剪切强度,即使经过 15次结冰-除冰循环,冰剪切强度仍低至 27 kPa。此外,动态氢键的断裂和重组赋予凝胶良好的自修复性能(自修复效率>86. 36%)。【结论】该有机凝胶是一种具有高力学强度的自修复防冰材料,在防冰领域具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract: [Objective] To address the issue of poor mechanical properties of antifreeze organogels.[Methods] This work designed a series of self-healing norbornene-based fluorinated organogels(NDFG)through ring-opening metathesis polymerization(ROMP),using norbornene-based dodecafluoroheptanoate(NDF)as the monomer,dicyclopentadienyl dimethyl carbamate(NMBI)as the crosslinking agent,and liquid paraffin as the dispersion medium.[Results]The NDFG gel exhibits excellent mechanical properties(mechanical strength>0. 44 MPa) and anti-icing performance, maintaining a low ice shear strength of 14. 86 kPa at -20 ℃. Even after 15 freeze-thaw cycles,the ice shear strength remains as low as 27 kPa. In addition,the dynamic breakage and formation of hydrogenbonds endow the gels with good self-healing capabilities(self-healing efficiency >86. 36%).[Conclusion] The results showed that the organogels was an anti-icing material with excellent properties,becoming a promising application prospect in anti-icing field.
