摘要: 【目的 /意义】新型自修复防冰涂层能克服机械损伤、实现长效防 /除冰。【分析 /评论 /进展】详细阐述了疏水型、亲水型及其他类型自修复防冰涂层的修复机理,同时讨论了各类涂层的修复方式、防冰性能和损伤修复后的防冰性能。【结论 /展望】明确了不同类型自修复防冰涂层的研究进展及现存问题,并结合当前材料科学、表面工程及智能响应技术的发展趋势,进一步探讨了提升自修复防冰涂层综合性能的策略,为后续自修复防冰涂层的研究与发展提供了一定的启示和参考。

Abstract: [Objective/Significance] Novel self-healing anti-icing coating can overcome mechanical damage and achieve long-term anti-icing/de-icing performance.[Analysis/Discussion/ Progress]Based on the healing mechanism,hydrophobic self-healing anti-icing coating,hydrophilic self-healing anti-icing coating,and other types of self-healing anti-icing coating were elaborated in detail. Meanwhile,the repair methods,anti-icing performance,and post-repair anti-icing performance of various coating were also discussed.[Conclusion/Prospect] The research progress and existingproblems of different types of self-healing anti-icing coating were clarified. In light of current trends inmaterials science,surface engineering,and intelligent response technologies,strategies for enhancingthe overall performance of such coating were further explored. This work provides insights andreferences for the future research and development of self-healing anti-icing coating.
