基于双功能微胶囊的自修复超疏水防腐阻垢涂层

Self-healing Superhydrophobic Anticorrosive and Anti-scaling Coating Based on Bifunctional Microcapsules

摘要: 针对传统油井管涂层苛刻工况下存在的腐蚀、结垢问题,通过界面聚合法分别制备了负载羟基氟硅油和乙二胺四乙酸锌钠的 2种微胶囊(MC)并引入碳纳米纤维(CNF)构建立体网状结构,利用喷涂法制备自修复超疏水聚偏氟乙烯( PVDF)/氟硅树,脂( FSR)/MCs/CNF涂层。通过低表面能和网状结构的协同作用捕获气膜,在水 /涂层界面有效抑制腐蚀性离子的渗透和 CaCO3垢核的形成。此外,微胶囊分别赋予涂层自修复和螯合成垢离子的能力,使涂层防腐阻垢性能进一步提升。涂层使铝板结垢量减少 0. 205 mg/cm2,腐蚀电位和腐蚀电流密度降至 0. 051 V和 1. 15×10-9 A/cm2。该涂层还
具备良好的耐磨、化学稳定性和自清洁性,分别经过 250次磨损循环和 UV照射 72 h始终保持超疏水性, 100次污染循环始终保持原始的清洁度。该涂层可以满足油井管等苛刻条件下的防腐阻垢需求。

Abstract: To solve the problems of corrosion and scaling existing in the coating of traditional oil well pipes under harsh working conditions,two kinds of microcapsules(MCs) loaded with hydroxyl fluorosilicone oil and zinc sodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate were respectively prepared by interfacial polymerization,and carbon nanofibers(CNF) were introduced to construct a three-dimensional network structure. The self-healing superhydrophobic polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)/fluorosilicone resin(FSR)/MCs/CNF coating was prepared by spray coating. The gas film was captured through the synergy of low surface energy and network structure,effectively inhibiting the penetration of corrosive ions and the formation of CaCO3 scale nucleus at the water/coating interface. In addition,the loaded  microcapsules respectively endowed the coating with abilities of self-healing and chelating scale-forming ions,which could enhance the anticorrosive and anti-scaling performance of thecoating. The scaling amount of the aluminum plate with the attached coating was reduced by 0. 205 mg/cm2,and the corrosion potential and corrosion current density were reduced to 0. 051 V and 1. 15×10-9 A/cm2. The coating also indicated good wear resistance,chemical stability,and self-cleaning properties. It could maintain superhydrophobicity after 250 wearcycles and 72 h of UV light,respectively,and maintain original cleanliness after 100 pollution cycles. Therefore,the coating could meet the needs of anticorrosive and scale inhibition underharsh conditions such as oil well pipes.
