摘要: 【目的/意义】智能涂层是通过感应外界环境变化,并以可控的方式作出响应的涂层,可为涂层提供更多的附加价值。【分析/评论/进展】归纳了基于功能填料的智能涂层常见类型,包括纳米型、反应型、负载型和复合型,概述了每种类型的作用机理和结构特点;并介绍了功能填料应用于智能涂层所采用的基于功能填料表面改性的涂层制备技术、层层自组装技术、溶胶-凝胶技术和电泳沉积技术等;总结了基于功能填料的智能涂层的应用领域。【结论/展望】未来基于功能填料的智能涂层将向低成本化和多功能化方向发展。

Abstract: [Objective/Significance]Smart coating is a coating that responds to changes in the external environment in a controllable manner,providing more added value to the coating.[Analysis/ Discussion/Progress]Summarized the common types of smart coatings based on functional fillers,includingnanometer type,reactive type,load type and composite type. Function mechanism and structural characteristics of each type were described. Preparation techniques including coating preparation technologybased on functional filler surface modification,layer by layer self-assembly technology,sol-gel technologyand electrophoresis deposition technology were also introduced. In final,application area of smart coatingbased on functional fillers were introduced.[Conclusion/Prospect]The smart coating based on functionalfillers would be developed in the direction of low cost and multifunction.
