螺旋桨可剥离防污涂料的研究

Research on Strippable Antifouling Coating for Propeller

摘要: 通过考察羊毛脂、石油磺酸钡(PE)、自抛光树脂对涂层剥离性的影响,选用石油磺酸钡为功能树脂。采用石油磺酸钡、环氧树脂618、活性稀释剂(660A丁基缩水甘油醚)、固化剂(T31酚醛胺)为基料,复配防污剂(N-2,4,6-三氯苯基马来酰亚胺,TCPM)制备可剥离防污涂料。重点考察涂层的附着强度、剥离性能、动态模拟实验、铜离子渗出率及海洋防污性能,并进行螺旋桨水下涂装、螺旋桨旋转剥离实验,结果显示该涂料满足螺旋桨可剥离的需求,且具有良好的防污性能。

Abstract: The influence of lanolin, barium petroleum sulfonate and self-polishing resin on strippable property of the coating was investigated, thus the barium petroleum sulfonate was chosen as the functional resin. The strippable antifouling coating was prepared by using barium etroleum sulfonate, epoxy resin 618, reactive diluents -660A butyl glycidyl ether hardendner-t31 phenolic amine and antifouling agent N-(2, 4, 6-trichlorophenyl) maleimide. The adhesion strength, strippable property, dynamic simulation experiment copper ion penetration rate and marine antifouling performance of the coating were analyzed.Meanwhile, underwater painting and stripping performance on the propeller were also studied.The results showed that the coating had good anti-fouling property and could meet the requirement of stripping performance for propeller.
